1. About FundiHub

FundiHub is a digital platform that helps customers discover and connect with artisans and skilled professionals, and provides tools for profiles, job opportunities, quotations, bookings, communications and related services.

Unless FundiHub expressly states otherwise for a particular service, FundiHub is not the employer, employee, agent, contractor or representative of an artisan or customer. Users are responsible for deciding whether to enter into a transaction or working relationship with another user.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into the transactions you make through FundiHub. If you use FundiHub for a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your account information current, protect your login credentials and promptly notify FundiHub if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, sell or transfer an account without authorization, or use FundiHub for unlawful activity.

3. Artisan profiles and verification

Artisans are responsible for the accuracy of their skills, experience, licenses, certificates, service areas, portfolio materials, availability and other profile information.

A verification badge or verification status means only that FundiHub completed the verification steps identified by the platform at that time. It is not a guarantee of workmanship, licensing status, safety, character, availability or suitability for a particular job.

Users should independently evaluate qualifications, scope, pricing, insurance, permits and other requirements appropriate to a job.

4. Jobs, quotations and bookings

Customers are responsible for describing jobs accurately. Artisans are responsible for quotations, estimates, timelines and representations they provide.

A booking, quotation or message does not create employment by FundiHub. The customer and artisan are responsible for agreeing on scope, price, materials, timing, access, permits, warranties and other job-specific terms.

Users must not use job postings, quotations or bookings for fraud, discrimination prohibited by applicable law, harassment, dangerous unlawful activity or misleading solicitations.

5. Payments, fees and promotions

Some FundiHub services may be free while others may require listing, featured-placement, advertising, sponsorship, booking or other fees. Prices and applicable terms are displayed before purchase or activation.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply. FundiHub may record payment references and transaction status for reconciliation and service delivery.

Paid promotion does not itself constitute identity verification, professional certification or endorsement. Sponsorship and advertising may be subject to review before activation.

Except where required by law or expressly stated for a specific service, fees already earned for activated digital services may be non-refundable. Any specific refund terms shown during checkout will control for that transaction.

6. Messaging, content and reviews

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant FundiHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote and improve the service.

You must have the right to upload photographs, portfolio materials, logos, text and other content you submit.

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences. Fabricated reviews, review manipulation, threats, defamatory content, spam and content that infringes another person’s rights are prohibited.

FundiHub may remove, restrict or investigate content that violates these Terms, platform rules or applicable law.

7. Acceptable use and safety

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to FundiHub, scrape or overload the service in a harmful manner, distribute malware, interfere with security controls, misuse another user’s personal information or use the platform to facilitate fraud.

Users are responsible for personal and workplace safety when arranging in-person services. Exercise appropriate caution when meeting, granting property access, handling tools or materials, and making payments.

8. Intellectual property

FundiHub’s name, branding, software, interface, original graphics and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of FundiHub intellectual property to users.

You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected parts of the platform except as permitted by law or with written authorization.

9. Privacy and communications

Use of personal information is also governed by FundiHub’s Privacy Policy. Platform communications may include account verification, security notices, booking updates, payment notices and other transactional messages.

Where consent is required for promotional communications, FundiHub will provide applicable consent and opt-out mechanisms.

10. Suspension and termination

FundiHub may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security threats, legal requirements, non-payment, repeated complaints, abuse or material violations of these Terms.

Users may stop using FundiHub at any time. Certain provisions concerning payments, intellectual property, disputes, liability and obligations arising before termination may survive account closure.

11. Third-party services and links

FundiHub may integrate or link to payment providers, maps, messaging services, identity tools, social networks or other third-party services. FundiHub does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent availability, content or practices.

12. Disclaimers

FundiHub provides a platform for discovery, communication and marketplace tools. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and FundiHub does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular business result, job quality, user conduct or the completion of any transaction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FundiHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from user-to-user dealings, lost opportunities, third-party conduct or events outside FundiHub’s reasonable control.

Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law and does not exclude liability that the law does not permit FundiHub to exclude.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or costs arising from your unlawful use of FundiHub, your breach of these Terms, your content, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable law. Any mandatory consumer, data-protection, employment, payment or other statutory rights remain unaffected.

Before starting formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact FundiHub so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. The legally appropriate governing-law and forum provisions should be finalized by FundiHub based on the legal entity operating the service and the jurisdictions in which it operates.

16. Changes to these Terms

FundiHub may update these Terms as the platform, law or business model changes. The revised page will show an updated effective or last-updated date. Where required, FundiHub will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
